In order to meet the budgetary goals of the client, the American company Balance Associates Architects have developed an effective plan and produced a stunning house using a cost-effective choice of building materials, which has led to a significant reduction of costs. The house is simple in both design and construction thanks to the budget put in place by the owner, which has helped to create a very stunning home indeed. Using sheets of wood as the main exterior material, the structure of the house can shine through. Inside, the interior is simple, to the point and very functional for a small space.
