With fantastic views of the sea, and clear blue skies, this lovely wooden house is located in Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia. John Wardle Architects have created an unusual looking house that uses long wooden slats to create an unusual effect on the exterior. The front of the house has large windows and a glass fronted balcony that looks out at the horizon. Inside, the decor is modern and simplistic with an abundance of wood being used for the flooring, beams and furniture. The large open plan living area is a feature of this house, as the large floor to ceiling windows supply a beautiful view, while the spacious interior gives you plenty of room to relax. Another great feature is the wicker wall that hides the staircase out of view. This adds such a natural finish to the house and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
