West Village Apartment Renovation Leads to Open Loft Space

West Village Apartment Renovation Leads to Open Loft Space

7 November, 2013  |  Apartment Interior

Traces of exposed brick walls reveal the origins of this recently renovated West Village apartment. The use of cool, neutral tones gives the space a very calm and natural mood. Towering plants bend and twist a cornflower blue couch in the living room. The cozy guest bedroom holds a couple of floor runners, a low platform bed, and a headboard bookshelf unit. A matching headboard appears in the master suite, with drawers built into the footboard. Raised, white porcelain his and her bathroom sinks sit side by side on a warm toned wood vanity. Next to the kitchen space, booth styled seating has been arranged into a pseudo country kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, bar chairs and kitchen island round out this stylish Manhattan apartment.
