Twist me Up: Delightful and contemporary house with a feature spiral staircase

It is very surprising to see a house of this calibre, in the middle of a busy street! But never the less, it is far more than a simple town house. Developed by FABRE/deMARIEN Architects and located in Bordeaux in France, this house has an exterior built entirely from light brown bricks and purpose built gaps to allow light to penetrate inside. On the opposite side of the house, the kitchen and living area open out into a beautiful garden and glistening pool. Being built on two levels, the house has a beautiful spiral staircase that has been built using concrete and painted metal. The decor of the house is very modern and simplistic, with mixtures of stone and wooden flooring and purposeful furniture.
