Tiny Two Floor Loft Contains Bold Storage Solutions
In cities where space is becoming scarce, designers fight to maintain the balance between storage and space. In this case, interior designer Alan Chu utilized wood, black, red and white to decorate a small, two level loft for a single occupant. The bottom floor holds a combined living and sleep area as well as a small kitchen, where red is a dominant color. From the refrigerator to cooking pots, red can be found on the inside of drawers and even on the telephone. Overhead, a second sleep area holds a black and white themed bedroom. A small closet and bathroom are also upstairs. There is just enough room in this South American loft for a person to stretch out and relax by him or herself, or even invite a friend or two.
