Located in central Palma de Mallorca, Spain, this contemporary has a fantastic geometric rectangular shape and has been designed by architect Alfonso Reina. When walking up to this house, the clean, bright and minimalistic exterior impresses you from the outset. It is surrounded by green vegetation and has a glistening pool that reflects the houses beauty upon its waves. On the ground floor of the house, we have a stylish living room with contemporary furnishings, which leads out into a compact, yet practical kitchen that overlooks onto the vegetation below. The rich wooden flooring is a key modern feature that many designers use to give depth, and this is a perfect example of this, the staircase follows the same rules and leads us up into the upper floor of the house. The upper floor is where the bedrooms are situated and they each have floor to ceiling windows for the ultimate lookout point on the fantastic view.
