London is never short of classical and elegant architecture, but here we have a wonderfully designed penthouse interior located in South Kensington, London, England with ultra modern features. The penthouse, which has been named Stanhope Gardens, was developed by Yeang Creative and shows a mixture of sheer classical elegance and ultra sleek modern styling. The windows and fireplaces are ultimately of the 18th century, with their elaborate designs and perfect detail, while the chairs and velvet furnishings compliment this perfectly. Yet, in the mix, we have a very modern statement kitchen that has lines protruding from every angle and adding a new depth to the penthouse. The bedroom mirrors the living room with its classical furniture and fabrics, yet large statement wooden pieces that are very angular in shape. The mixture of the two styles is very unusual, yet it works seamlessly.
