Start with Something Old: Old house is renovated into a modern haven with simplistic styling

This house with its dark exterior facades was designed by German company Archequipe in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The original house was built in the 1970s and its renovation and overhaul were completed in 2013. The exterior is beautifully constructed, with geometric shapes and classical roofs. The interior reflects the exterior of the house with its sleek styling. The simplistic stone flooring, plain white walls and several injections of colour make this interior airy and spacious. A really lovely feature is in the bathroom, where the mirror is strategically placed on the side of the shower, giving the room depth and allowing it look spacious and light.
