Positive Space, Positive Energy: Large house located in Austria is a beacon for positive energy and tranquillity

Positive Space, Positive Energy: Large house located in Austria is a beacon for positive energy and tranquillity

This colossal house located in Brisbane, Austria and has been developed by Guymer|Bailey Architects and is a marvellous example of contemporary construction. It was originally designed as a space for relaxation and a beacon for positive energy and yet it still manages to have a wonderful mixture of industrial, modern and elegant styling. The construction certainly helps with relaxation, as the large panelled windows let in lots of natural light and keep the place spacious and full of energy. The exterior has been wrapped in galvanized corrugated sheets which have noise absorbing properties. Also, there is a small terrace which adds to the calming and tranquil feel of the property. The interior is simple, yet elegant with rustic touches such as the rug in the living room, and the open space helps to keep the whole house feeling relaxing and bouncing with positive energy.
