Compact yet Spacious: Small house has an abundance of light and depth considering its relatively small construction

This small, yet cosy wooden house was built on a hilled terrain and has amazing views of the mountains at the front of the house. The wooden slats cover the whole house, even the roof, which gives it the appearance of blending into its surroundings. At the front of the house we have large windows that look out onto the scenery, and give the compact living room more space. The bath is fairly small, but looks wonderful in its location and quite inviting! The tiny window like cut outs in the interior help light to bounce from one room to the next and give this small construction depth and a spacious feel. The eves in this house are wonderful and add such a lovely touch to the already unique interior. Design and photos of Acaa.
