Colorado House Laid Out in Classically Modern Style

Colorado House Laid Out in Classically Modern Style

12 November, 2013  |  Exterior, House Interior

In this contemporary Colorado home, classic design schemes have been added to a modern design concept to create an interior that moves elegantly and seamlessly. Stone and wood are used to create linear lined, and tall windows create sweeping, open spaces. The modern kitchen lacks cabinets, but a spiral shaped chandelier, small eat-in kitchen table, and a large framed window pay tribute to classic design concepts. A Victorian nightstand and bed sit in a small bedroom, along with bare wood flooring and a small Hindi statute. Antique candle sticks are juxtaposed next to a modern flower vase. Project designer Arch11 makes the home as interesting inside as it is out.
